Blue Ridge operates from a modern custom-built 15,000m² production facility in Welshpool that features a bituminised yard with reticulated power and compressed air, and a roof section lifting frame. More than 20 fulltime staff and around 30 subcontractors are engaged at this facility.

Management

The management team at Blue Ridge is highly experienced, capable, and motivated to exceed the expectations of every client.

	Paul Tweedale  General Manager Paul has formal qualifications in both law and business studies. He has considerable commercial experience having worked at a senior level for a number of international companies operating within both the UK and Australian construction and contracting markets.
	Wilton Plaistowe  Commercial Manager Wilton has an MBA from UWA and 15 years practical experience with a number of industries before joining Blue Ridge in 2006. While focussing on strategic management, Wilton is also responsible for quality control, systems management and contract administration.
	Rob Sealey Sales Manager Rob has had over 25 years experience in the evolution of systemized construction systems in the affordable housing industry and has played a pivotal role in implementing low cost housing projects in Pakistan, India, Malaysia and the Philippines.
	Andrew Pollini Manufacturing Manager Andrew has over 20 years experience in the Perth building industry encompassing estimating and site supervision for some of Perth's premier builders.
